以前返工成日經過這條街, 因為近公司又算幾多野食, 不過近年就少點過來, 但仍然是食肆眾多的一條街, 也有些轉了手的新店, 今次就來試一下這間家鄉菜吧~~~環境也是近年大行的鐵筒燒, 鋪的位置及地方適中, 而且感覺蠻算舒服, 地理位置亦可好, 跟朋友兩位女生不能吃太多, 所以就叫了三款吧~~~首先來前菜~~沙律, 估唔到雖然唔算太多, 但感覺幾REFRESH, 爽口的蔬菜加上誘人的沙律醬味(應該還加了少少自家製味, 還吃到有一點點的柚子味), 感覺清新, 最岩配烤肉!!!然後是泡菜, 算是正宗唔太酸的我鍾意, 辣味也OK~~~另外一款醃物感覺酸酸地幾開胃, 應該青瓜及白蘿蔔吧!!之後侍應便幫我們倒爐邊蛋, 也是近年流行的韓食之一, 有些地方要加錢REFILL, 但現在大多數的地方都是任吃的蛋, 不過煮理也要需時, 所以就算REFILL都唔會吃得太多轉數……烤特大牛排骨肉(調味) ($250~250g)~~~我們叫的肉來了, 還配了薯仔及洋蔥, 看到色澤及肉色也不錯, 而且感覺都幾大舊, 牛唔駛烤咁熟, 然後就可以剪完再烤一烤吃得, 每次烤肉最喜歡都是預先切過的紋理, 令到燒完出來個樣好

烤特大牛排骨肉(調味) ($250~250g)~~~我們叫的肉來了, 還配了薯仔及洋蔥, 看到色澤及肉色也不錯, 而且感覺都幾大舊, 牛唔駛烤咁熟, 然後就可以剪完再烤一烤吃得, 每次烤肉最喜歡都是預先切過的紋理, 令到燒完出來個樣好靚~~我覺得個肉質其實OK的, 都算嫩及有汁, 但間唔中會有一兩舊有根, 但OVERALL係唔錯……

烤五花肉(調味) ($125~150g)~~~有醃料的五花肉, 味道不錯所以唔駛沾醬都可以, 而且吃著皮的口感好, 骨膠原耶~~~加上很有咀嚼感呢~~不過就略覺得個肥瘦比例好像肥的多了少少, 如果瘦返少少會更好, 雖然五花肉係應該肥gei……

吃到咁上下爐邊蛋就差不多了, 不過爐火唔算太平均, 所以大半邊OK, 但另一邊還有點水, 吃了熟的一邊, 蛋質感滑, 不過蛋味唔太重, 可能水份較多, 就算加了泡菜都唔算太出味, 但就有咬感, 唔算太好…….

辣豆腐湯 ($80)~~~其實每次去一間新的韓食店我都會試豆腐湯, 因為實在太鍾意飲, 而且每家的製法都唔會倒模一樣, 加的材料也有少少差別, 辣度都係所以我會不停試, 哈哈~~今次這家材料有蛋、金菇、脆玉瓜、蜆仔、豆腐、肉片、洋蔥等~~~豆腐通常用韓式的(希望是)所以感覺好滑, 不過我略覺得跟蜆的配搭不算太多, 雖然其他料填滿了個湯, 而且辣度唔太辣, 可能迎合香港人口味, 好岩我唔食得辣的朋友, 但我是喜歡很辣的豆腐湯, 不過有樣我喜歡的是加了粉絲, 並不是間間有, 個人來說覺得很入味, 當然湯加上白飯吃, 十分好, SO FAR這個湯是中規中矩的…….

這間的地理位置雖不是大街大巷, 但也是飲食之地, 不過在現時眾多韓食的尖沙咀區, 如果要突圍的話, 應該要諗多D新花款或者搞下綽頭先得, 食物質素方面未算好出色, 但也是中等, 如果想吃韓食的朋友可以試下, 價錢都是正常的, 還看到現在有推出八式烤五花肉及芝士排骨, 雖不知道質素如何, 但有機會都可以試下…….有一點我覺得幾好是, 烤完沒太多油煙味, 抽風系通幾好!!
