To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有朋自遠方來, 帶咗佢去Greenhouse, 充滿東南亞風情既fusion菜,菜色有趣特別。 可惜只得兩個人,只點了4個簡單既食物。 粟米蝦餅、吞拿魚沙律、炒芥蘭苗配西班牙火腿、沙薑燒春雞加一杯椰子雪糕咖啡。 碟雞來既時候已經忘記咗自己叫了什麼,春雞半隻趴低響個鐵板咁上, 分解算容易, ladies都唔洗粗暴處理佢! 一咬落去,好juicy,皮有DD脆,鮮嫩多汁, 食到個醬汁係一個好熟悉嘅味道,立即睇返個餐牌,先醒起就係沙薑汁🤤,食開中式既沙薑雞, 呢個沙薑燒春雞好有驚喜,咁既配搭,估唔到係夾到一個點!其次就係炒芥蘭苗配西班牙火腿,那個配搭,同樣有新鮮感,好味😋其餘既蝦餅同吞拿魚沙律就無特別!
