今日去咗同朋友慶祝生日,就諗住揀間特別小小嘅餐廳慶祝。呢個朋友由細到大都好鍾意啲夢幻野,所以今次呢間公主為題嘅餐廳就啱晒佢啦!餐廳既裝修都相當配合主題,十足入左童話故事既世界咁,喱士既枱布、高貴既水晶燈、柔和既油畫⋯⋯泥之前特登上網做過功課,知道呢度甜品最出名,所以今次又點可以錯過!係等野食泥野時候,店員仲會好貼心咁拎一碟佢地自家製既曲奇比我哋食,等我哋可以邊食邊等!邊度嘅曲奇特別之處就係佢除咗甜味,仲有鹹味同辣味,有火腿、魚子醬、洛神花茶、伯爵茶等等。送咗啲曲奇黎之後,店員仲會好貼心咁同我地介紹,原來呢度嘅曲奇係用咗橄欖油,減低左牛油嘅成分,所以食落去就會健康啲啦!而我最鍾意食嘅就係伯爵茶,食落去真係有濃濃嘅伯爵茶香,低溫烘焙嘅方法亦令到味道更加突出!試左一陣曲奇,主菜就上啦!因為見餓餓地,所以就揀咗個海膽煙肉藜麥幼蛋麵,今次呢個麵揀左好多橙色嘅材料,好似三文魚籽、小番茄,連個麵都因為海膽汁已變成偏偏橙色,顔色鮮艷,望落去已經好開胃!麵既質地煮得偏硬身,食落去會有啲口感,唔好淋,配合埋個醬汁,味道酸甜。但係要注意要盡快食哂,如果唔係就會好容易因為三文魚籽同海膽汁而變腥!食完主菜,梗係

試左一陣曲奇,主菜就上啦!因為見餓餓地,所以就揀咗個海膽煙肉藜麥幼蛋麵,今次呢個麵揀左好多橙色嘅材料,好似三文魚籽、小番茄,連個麵都因為海膽汁已變成偏偏橙色,顔色鮮艷,望落去已經好開胃!麵既質地煮得偏硬身,食落去會有啲口感,唔好淋,配合埋個醬汁,味道酸甜。但係要注意要盡快食哂,如果唔係就會好容易因為三文魚籽同海膽汁而變腥!
