聽友人說Edenfa轉左半自助餐,今晚就相约好友飯聚吧!環境真好,入內已經很舒服,可能街上太熱了。坐下待應放下餐牌,看看今晚有什麼好吃,因為食品會不時轉換太熱吧!就來一杯德國黑麥beer,微苦帶焦糖甜味,入口容易,不太飲酒 的我,都覺得超爽頭盤,沙津都半自助,除你心水去選擇食品主菜(伊甸皇帝蟹腳三食)(米纸蟹肉卷),酸甜辣剛剛好,沒有創了蟹的鮮味,米纸還是脆脆的(蘇皮焗野菌奶油蟹肉)鬆脆的外皮帶着濃濃的牛油香味,內層野菌和蟹肉帶着清新的田園味道(牛油煎蟹腳)牛油煎最能凸出鮮味,加上紫薯伴着食,濃中帶甜, 值得一讚而甜品都是半自助,包括西瓜、桃、菠蘿、西餅、桂花糕等等……我最愛的是桂花糕,賣相令,甜度剛好,令你一件會一件吃着,今晚真的令你飽食滿足。
