元朗千色後面比我發現呢間咁隱蔽嘅西餐廳。見佢好似坐得幾舒服咁,就入去試一試。餐廳氣氛做得幾足,一坐底就有人幫你點燭光,仲有welcome drink。落完order,waiter 話今日有優惠,加一蚊有隻焗芝士大啡菇,見佢咁抵,當然叫番隻試下。芝士竟然用左兩款,一種就做拉絲效果,一種就有少少酸味,令到食落去有兩種感覺。特別推薦安格斯牛扒,而且有濃濃嘅牛肉味,叫左五成熟,絕對唔會over cook,值得一讚有埋芥末醬,感覺膩膩地嘅時候可以點一點。友人叫左黑毛豬鞍扒,好厚,煎到入面岩岩好粉嫩色,好考廚師嘅功力,所以食落去唔un。最後叫番個甜品就完滿,菠蘿雪芭幫你清清成個口嘅肉味,好清新。因為雪芭係唔會落奶,用新鮮嘅生果整成冰沙咁,所以絕對唔係色素加糖水嘅混合體。
