To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 實不相瞞,本月正是小弟壽星月,所以女皇都會陪我去我的十大最愛餐廳享食祝壽當中不能不提就係位於元朗嘅鮨文,主打廚師發板,將當日最新鮮,優質食材,再以師傅獨家手法,一件件送上比我們享受。餐牌而家主要分成三個餐$1000,$1500,$2000。我們選擇係$1500當中包括茶碗蒸,四款刺身,七款壽司,雲丹盛,湯,果物。茶碗蒸----第一道菜已有驚喜,蒸蛋上加了黑松露金箔汁,好香,當然蛋好滑,加左本菇加添了口感,食到底仲有干貝bb,令餘香十足真雕*平目魚,由平目魚食起因為味道由淡至濃,真雕會比較特別,內裹卷起芥末頂部的刺,少少刺鼻,但又唔會搶走魚鮮北海道毛蟹,已搓肉,頂部有蟹糕,用前先拌勻再配上醋,更覺清新。鱈魚,師傅將它整成半熟效果,配上柚子醬,就似柚子牛油,但完全無膩嘅感覺天婦羅帆立貝,size一啲都唔細,外層炸皮做得好薄,內裹帶子半熟狀態,食起黎,外層有絲絲口感,中間位置就似刺身,驚喜由右至左鮮墨魚,單單欣賞刀功,都係廚技,鰓魚肉身厚,魚香特別,池魚除咗魚本身鮮味,仲食到一種簡單調味好配,醬油鯽魚左*穴子比較一般,右*大拖羅油脂豐富,而且分佈平均,(一塊唔夠食)三文魚籽***未見驚喜,感
