打完波🏀路過見到一個好有氣勢嘅字體加上蠻有意思嘅店名吸引住 「匠心廚房」呢個名字帶有精巧細心嘅意思配以廚房兩字,即時令人聯想到廚師費盡心思巧手烹調...在呢個情況底下當然要一探究竟🍚🥢坐低打開餐牌就見到有廚師介紹, 另外侍應姐姐介紹咗幾款出色嘅菜式...最後我哋揀咗:🐟黑蒜蒸龍躉頭腩:用豉汁黑蒜籠仔蒸,籠底放荷葉,上面放滿讚岐烏冬,吸哂D味好鬼正!🧂七味黃金豆腐粒:越簡單越難呢個道理...呢個廚房就真係做到真正外脆內軟而且加上七味粉更添惹味!🐖山楂柚子汁脆腩片:用山楂加埋柚子汁配上炸過嘅豬腩片,酸酸地好開胃!栗米魚肚羹:食得出魚肚應該係用雞湯入過味,下次嚟叫一窩先得😆😆
