To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

咁啱今日食午餐唔洗排隊喎，梗係要入去試下啦。城中鴨子係食傳統京淮菜、上海菜(?)，但係裝潢係歐陸style，坐得舒服又可以傾吓計。*無錫灌湯小籠包 （6隻）$98手工麻麻地，摺數唔夠工整，但唔緊要，好食就夠！皮薄但唔易穿，餡量多汁多，但未至於噴汁，鮮而不膩，讚！烤北京填鴨（半隻）$198必食嘅烤鴨，鴨肉又香又嫩，皮脆但偏油膩，有青瓜青蔥解膩，烤鴨醬鮮而唔鹹。唯一敗筆係個10片麵皮太快凍，而且偏厚，包烤鴨食整體感覺不太良好。淮揚嫩雞煨麵 $89雞湯香濃，冇乜味精，雞肉肉嫩又有肉味，但得三幾粒😢麵條量多，滑溜而唔腍。
