To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

GOGYO五行係來自日本京都嘅過江龍拉麵店，剛剛喺中環歷山大廈開幕，地點相當方便，係港鐵中環站H出口一出就見到！餐廳賣點係將拉麵藝術同高級餐飲文化融合為一，發揮創意為食客帶來驚喜。最近推出期間限定拉麵「濃厚龍蝦沾麵」，用上龍蝦做主角，以低溫慢煮熬製原條龍蝦尾，令我十分之期待！ 🍜濃厚龍蝦沾麵定食慢煮龍蝦尾賣相相當吸睛，非常大隻！肉質細嫩彈牙～旁邊嘅沾麵湯底係另一賣點，湯底除咗有海老鮮甜味，仲飲到香醇豚骨湯精華，味道濃厚，沾麵麵條清爽彈牙，每一條麵條掛滿濃稠湯底，真係非常驚喜！配料仲有叉燒、芝士脆餅、海老味噌、半熟玉子、紫甘藍泡菜、水菜同巴馬臣芝士，口感層次極為豐富。享用沾麵後，仲有一碗芫荽飯，用嚟加入湯底食，感覺似食緊意大利飯咁，多重鮮味配搭，非常美味～ 🍜黑拉麵湯底黑蒜味道濃厚，完全唔油膩，同樣採用扁平麵條，有一定嘅掛湯能力，令每條麵條都沾滿湯汁，非常滋味～碗內仲有叉燒同木耳，叉燒肥瘦適中，油而不膩，口感嫩滑！整體嚟講呢碗拉麵真係好香，好鍾意呢個口感～
