京香閣星期四晚上同朋友去食京菜自助餐,位於上環無限極廣場京香閣,做緊$228任食90分鐘京式片皮鴨自助餐,好耐無食過片皮鴨呀,所以今次是專程為了片皮鴨而來的。早已訂左訂,7點半到餐廳,等左陣先入座,而且都算多人,記得要訂位呀.. walk-in 未必有位架。除了招牌片皮鴨外,仲有好多不同菜式任食,每位顧客仲有額送的一份砂窩花膠雞湯及原隻鮑魚花菇特色小菜。砂窩花膠雞湯: 湯入口鮮甜,而且雞味都幾濃厚,花膠係屬於厚身果隻,膠原感重。原隻鮑魚花菇: 以蠔油炆製,好惹味~ 鮑魚都算大,味道鮮味而且口感彈牙,嚼勁十足,好食! 我期待已久的片皮鴨: 有專人即切片皮鴨,皮脆肉嫩,不油不瘦剛剛好呀~面餅皮乾爽不黏。配料方面就有紅蘿蔔絲、青瓜絲、京蔥同京醬........ 同朋友食左好多,讚! 除此之外,還有一張點餐紙,即叫即整,我就點了紅油抄手,味道正常啦!太飽啦,仲有多嘢都未有機會食🙈🙈🙈🙈仲有10幾款菜式⋯⋯
