To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 離公司超近的關係選了這家喜喜冰室,座立在銅鑼灣寧靜的街角,卻散發着懷舊的味道。蕃茄牛腩通粉餐蕃茄味濃郁足料,牛腩軟腍,通粉彈牙滑蛋加了淡奶烹調,更顯細滑,不過有點膩蝦多士沙律看到完全是懷舊的小食所以點了蝦多士跟以往吃的很不一樣雖然是即炸但是味道卻有點鬆散沙律是普通的薯仔沙律對不吃蘿蔔的我這個蘿蔔佔得真的有點多凍檸茶到每家冰室都要必試的,檸檬加了青檸令凍檸茶成為這餐的點睛之處現在超難喝到一杯好喝的凍檸茶這杯真的不錯

蕃茄味濃郁足料,牛腩軟腍,通粉彈牙

看到完全是懷舊的小食所以點了
蝦多士跟以往吃的很不一樣
雖然是即炸
但是味道卻有點鬆散
沙律是普通的薯仔沙律
對不吃蘿蔔的我
這個蘿蔔佔得真的有點多

凍檸茶
到每家冰室都要必試的,檸檬加了青檸
令凍檸茶成為這餐的點睛之處
現在超難喝到一杯好喝的凍檸茶
這杯真的不錯
