師傅還有最後一道在鐵板上處理嘅海膽海鮮炒飯,先在鐵板上炒了飯身後再加上海鮮配料同海膽再炒,飯身炒得剛好唔會太乾或太濕,加上炒得十分香口,一碗分量剛好!
