今日去開銅鑼灣,突然想食豆腐花就諗起人和豆品,入到去啱啱好有個卡位,即刻坐低叫咗豆腐花,因之前啱啱食左下午茶關係,所以只係叫咗豆腐花,個豆腐花好滑好清,同埋今次叫熱食覺得熱食特別正。 其實佢哋除咗豆腐花外,我記得嗰個魚肉煎豆腐,同埋豉油王炒麵都好好味,但今次因為食咗下午茶所以食吾落冇叫到,柴魚花生粥我覺得食早餐啱曬,如果冇咩胃口都可以試下。其實佢哋頭腐花除咗原味,仲有杏仁味,椰汁,花奶,仲可以加芝麻糊,紅豆沙,或者綠豆沙等等。如果鍾意食豆腐花又喜歡變化嘅朋友記得黎啦!
