To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚去呢到食米線，食食下發現可能係蚊/蟲。我自己可以清晰睇到頭，腳，身起初都係想換個碗算，因為菜蚊，菜蟲都好正常。有個執碗哥哥仔（我估PT) 去問個呀姐，會唔會係菜花（有圖）。之後轉身叫個男仔收左碗野。好啦，收左碗野，以為會換個碗，等左勁耐都無既，我就叫個副經理，點知個副經理係真。經理（經過唔理）。咩都唔知之後碗嘢係佢睇都冇睇過已經消失咗。其實連鎖店點解會有咁嘅質素嘅員工🤔🤔
