To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

apm元氣，每每食飯時間都排滿人，我都係趁下午茶時間先去，但都限於自己一個人，3，4點仲未食飯的時候。講好食，一定唔係，好似呢個＜三色刺身盛＞賣相就ok，但刺身無味道三文魚點解會留“橙”汁?＜迷你鰻魚飯＞正常味道，鰻魚無骨，珍珠米圓潤飽滿＜茶碗蒸＞有點咸，蛋軟滑但好散碎同好水＜ 炙燒牛油赤海蝦 ＞: 最好食，牛油味好香，如果炙燒得耐少少會更加好味，相信蝦味會出啲~服務生好體貼，我叫左個蛋糕外賣，佢仲特登行過黎話我知蛋糕已經放左cashier,方便我走果時攞
