To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

知道呢間茶記老闆的故事後,專程去太子食晏支持。推門內進,見到長者、學生哥、寫字樓人、露兩點大隻男,同埋拖住仔女的師奶,唔少人食緊是日午餐蒸肉餅、揚州炒飯、芝麻雞飯同焗豬扒飯。碟碟份量足,焗豬賣相唔錯。為咗滿足食炒麵的小願望,叫咗乾炒豬扒意加熱奶茶。幫手落單的侍應係中年大叔,佢好有禮貌,冇粗聲粗氣,仲會同客人講唔該!呢度的樓面都係中年人士,落單會慢啲啲;將 A 枱的食物送咗去 B 枱,當發現搞錯,會同客 say sorry ;人多亦唔會趕客。間中同熟客仔講兩句互動,有熟客一坐低就自動波叫照舊,街坊人情味就喺間舖飄吓飄吓咁。熱奶茶唔係用厚身耳仔杯改用玻璃杯,有少少失望。茶味較淡,適合喜歡淡口的朋友。主角乾炒豬扒意粉料多,豬扒有八小塊,全肉的同連骨的都有,食落唔係香口脆炸嗰隻,有啲肉質好硬,有啲又啱啱好。意粉炒得好有鑊氣,陣鑊氣聞到又食到。意粉喺碎咗啲,但唔喺林到入口即溶;洋蔥絲唔生,係有花時間炒過,夾埋芽菜同意粉食好正。油唔多,碟底冇一氹油。開動後想加辣,見枱面個調味盤好骨子兼整潔,筷子同湯匙放喺枱面有蓋膠盒內自取,衛生過上巿嗰間好多。
