To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友介紹佐敦有間文青咖啡小店嘅抹茶甜品不錯，於是約左朋友lunch time來個飯後甜品。店家除咗咖啡，仲有甜品同輕食，甜品重會不定期轉款。返工lunch time比較趕，所以今次淨係叫左甜品食。.抹茶黑芝麻曲奇質感外脆內軟，重有流心嘅抹茶同黑芝麻，而且抹茶味都夠濃，味道唔錯。店主重好nice，我前一日於網上向店家查詢重有無抹茶甜品，店主重主動提出可以預留一件俾我第二日來購買。.合桃香蕉蛋糕呢個蛋糕好有驚喜，香蕉味勁濃，質感濕潤結實，而且甜度剛好，加埋脆口合桃，口感豐富。
