To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日都係去蝴蝶邨探我朋友，去到夜晚嘅時候，大家都肚餓啦，本身朋友話去太x,但係本人就真係麻麻地，問佢有無d地道d嘅地方，佢唸一唸，就同我講去冬菇亭啦！見到佢個餐牌都幾特別，好強調屋邨嘅人情味同地道風味，講真，今時今日嘅大集團時代，係真係幾缺乏e類感覺嘅小店，所以我都要支持小店!見到個餐牌，款式都多，甚至有羊腩煲上市，不過我地都係叫左小菜。我地三個人就叫左三個小菜啦，首先係黑醋荔枝咕嚕肉，基本上係好開胃，佢肉嘅煮法同波羅咕嚕肉無分別，只係配料換左罐頭荔枝，調味用左黑醋，好好味，好開胃，一黎聞到之後我都每人叫左個白飯。姜汁炒芥蘭，大大碟，而且都好重姜味，坦白講叫得姜汁芥蘭就當然想食出d個姜味啦!而且又夠鑊氣，接受!之後到口水雞半隻，本身未叫果陣心中都懷疑食口水雞會唔會去返d川菜餐館食好d呢！但係上到枱後賣相都非常好，果汁比較出面川菜館唔會輸蝕，而且雞夠滑，唔會太辣，所以最後3碟都清晒!最後值得一提係你會見到Q顧客同員工們關係都非常好，有講有笑，而且員工態度非常好，真係有人情味呀！
