To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 已經有10幾年沒有到訪,今晚應約再嚐訪老牌潮州食館,先來功夫茶大家漱潄口再等著食物上桌次序已經忘記了,不過印象深刻的就是鹵水鵝肝,所以首先介紹,非常軟滑,但鹹度頗為把鵝肝香味蒕了,雖說如此但比起很多地方已經算是中上美味潮式炸四寶,有蘿蔔絲餅,蝦卷,墨點卷之類,因為不是每一款有吃,所以又忘記了這一條是預訂了的大𩶘魚,當然很快已經剩下魚骨這一道菜又是比較特別所以介紹下,我們一般吃開的是蠔烙,水瓜烙,或是白飯魚,今次吃的是九肚魚,魚骨已拆,食得安心喔不吃韮菜的朋友就無縁品嚐了,一個充滿韮菜的粿包,很軟綿綿的外層,作為主食非常滿足
