To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大概係太耐無食過，由夜晚訓教前到一起身都好想食車仔麵！🍜 一入店已見到一句字句「有緣相聚，歡迎再來」的確⋯⋯⋯⋯我係會再來的☺️人情味十足，落單後等上菜既時候就最感受到，有幾位客人相信熟客仔，每一句「係咪照舊啊靚女」「今日咁晏既」都比到好大既親切感🥰🍴車仔麵配搭：蟹柳、豆卜、雞翼尖拼油麵小編揀左中辣及咖哩汁，味道濃郁，尤其豆卜索哂啲汁好正👍🏻係油麵啊！幾肥都抵啊！唔知大家平時會拼咩麵呢😆不得不讚小店既蒜蓉辣椒醬，相當香同惹味，我成羹落哂辣到流哂鼻水，超爽🤣🍴車仔麵配搭：豬紅、豬皮、豬大腸、牛栢葉拼油麵𝐌𝐑.𝐉就揀左小辣及沙嗲汁，味道唔會太鹹，好明顯既沙嗲香味。𝐌𝐑.𝐉最鐘意食「膽固醇餐」😂 反而我真係過唔到個關口🥹所以有佢最真實既評語：好入味！而且好乾淨唔會怕食壞腸胃下次一定會再來，因為食到好飽既時候先發現有個極度吸引既甜品—爆漿西多士，望落個樣係勁吸睛🤩
