To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友讀香港大學,有時去搵佢食晏晝就有search過下附近有咩餐廳啱食,之後試過一次呢間野就愛上啦。後尾食過好幾次,每次水準都保持得好好,今次就帶埋另一個都係讀香港大學嘅朋友嚟食,因為佢竟然冇食過呢間野!好多街坊鄰居嚟呢到食,見到老闆不斷同人打招呼,有啲仲好自然就話砸數,感覺呢間舖面好有人情味佢嘅豆漿同埋菊花茶都話係自製,我哋都各嗌咗一杯,豆漿入面都飲到啲豆渣,兩款嘢飲都唔會太甜,幾鍾意👍🏿以前一路都嗌開馳名排骨麵,今次轉做菜膽排骨麵,多咗幾個白菜仔之餘,都仲有六舊排骨。炸排骨一啲都唔油膩,外層炸到好脆,入面嘅排骨肉都好鬆化易咬,小小韌,感覺係新鮮排骨肉而唔係雪藏貨。上海幼麵好有咬口,浸一陣都冇淋到,分量足夠一個女仔話飽。湯底比較清淡,自己會加啲辣醬落去,令個味道更加豐富價錢相宜,喺香港大學讀書嘅朋友唔怕行多兩三步,就可以食到呢間咁地道、咁平民化嘅餐廳

以前一路都嗌開馳名排骨麵,今次轉做菜膽排骨麵,多咗幾個白菜仔之餘,都仲有六舊排骨。


炸排骨一啲都唔油膩,外層炸到好脆,入面嘅排骨肉都好鬆化易咬,小小韌,感覺係新鮮排骨肉而唔係雪藏貨。
