To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中環食燒味飯有平有貴，今日去左間價錢比較貼地的龍記飯店。店舖就比較老舊一點。地舖座位較少，我地就行一上層坐雅座。地方望落大少少，但都唔算大。我地六人分兩張枱。我就點左個燒肉燒鴨飯，店舖姐姐就問要幾碗湯，唔夠再比多碗我地。我出名湯皇，當然唔客氣要左兩碗啦。店舖姐姐見我地成人黎，重記得我地d同事食乜，真係好野，呢d咪人情味囉，唔係度度都有架。燒肉燒鴨飯，燒肉皮脆肉厚，唔太咸，唔錯，燒鴨亦都係皮脆，但肉就瘦左少少，但都夠哂香味，同事就食左乳豬切雞瀨，乳豬無得輸，乳豬皮似食薯片，脆卜卜。值得推薦。
