To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 曾聽說有個阿活很有人情名，以一個藝人作代言超過十年，無論高山低谷。又曾聽說有個阿活很有企業良心，員工會為老人家送餐兼減三蚊，無分富貴貧窮。今日親身黎到呢間快餐店，眼見很多媽媽帶著剛放學的小學生來開餐，場面溫馨。而和爸爸騎著單車的我倆，一個霸位一個買飯，我揀左唔會「坑爹」阿活「咖哩牛坑腩飯」，爹爹就揀左非常「殘忍」的「窩蛋章魚雞粒煲仔飯」。咖哩牛坑腩飯（$50)咖哩係經過本土化的港式咖哩，味度既香且濃，辣度點到即止，辣、香、辛三足鼎立，三者達致和諧，非常易入口。牛坑腩肥瘦均匀，筋中有腩、腩中有筋。窩蛋章魚雞粒煲仔飯（$50）完個瓦煲上煲邊和煲底結滿脆卜卜的飯焦，加埋隻半生熟的大蛋在飯面，淋甜豉油撈下撈下咁，十分惹味！
