To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

估唔到係跑馬地呢d高尚住宅區都有d呢d價錢相宜，質素亦唔錯既上海小菜館。餐廳裝潢簡僕清潔，令人感覺好舒服。佢d套餐都幾多選擇，唔洗叫得一大碟餸，所以就算我地兩個人食，都可以試到好多唔同既菜色。我最鐘意係個鱔糊同煎餃。鱔糊炒得香，鱔身亦爽甜，加埋清新既芽菜絲，絕配。煎餃size 比我想像中大，煎到皮脆金黃，咬落去仲有濃厚既肉汁，爽呀！最後值得一讚既係侍應姐姐好欣勤有禮，好有小店既人情味，欣賞！有機會會再黎食

我最鐘意係個鱔糊同煎餃。鱔糊炒得香，鱔身亦爽甜，加埋清新既芽菜絲，絕配。煎餃size 比我想像中大，煎到皮脆金黃，咬落去仲有濃厚既肉汁，爽呀！
