To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 假日行完街就去韓樂捉住午餐及下午茶時段的尾巴，午餐及下午茶好多選擇，而且不設加一，真係有排揀。 餐廳人手不足，員工態度良好的，但個個忙到一頭煙。 温泉蛋、豚肉、石頭鍋珍珠飯$65 上枱時已聽到石鍋炸炸聲熱辣辣，配上醬油麻香汁同韓式辣醬供自由調配。石鍋好保温致食到最尾都仲熱辣辣，中意食飯焦一定好開心，因為鍋夠熱有好多飯焦。 配料一啲都唔馬夫，温泉蛋，菠菜，泡菜，芽菜，豚肉都不缺，豚肉份量多，但稍微有豬騷味，除此外，温泉蛋汁掛滿石頭飯，好味。 套餐配咖啡/茶，另+8可轉配特飲，呢個價錢確實好抵食，如果能增加人手就更好。
