To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

入座後，等了10分鐘仍然冇人幫忙落單，係咁叫我等一等，到我真係可以落單嘅時候已經過咗下午茶餐時間， 侍應聲稱因為過咗時間入唔到機，所以落唔到單，本人認為這是餐廳的責任，我已等待一段時間都冇人幫手落單，導致最後真正落單時間已過下午茶餐時段，是否應該酌情提供返下午茶餐給我？侍應聲稱因人手不足，係要等㗎啦，叫我下次早啲到，仲叫我唔好發脾氣。我同侍應講，我根本就唔係發脾氣，只係講道理，人手不足喺餐廳嘅責任，唔係我嘅責任，但而家導致我叫唔到我想要嘅下午茶餐，調返轉叫我聽日早啲到，我要早幾多？
