To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

人手好似唔夠，下午茶都等好耐先有服務

大概3pm先得閒食晏，一心諗住去譚仔叫自選米線，可選素及蕃茄湯，嗰日唔想食肉。喺門口見下呢個時間原來都好滿座下，門口無侍應得閒招呼，見有個位就自己行入去坐低。.如果係會員就可以手機落單，我唔係就要侍應落，等好耐都無人理，要叫幾次先有人嚟，叫左之後又等左好耐至嚟嘢食，前後要差不多一個鐘至食完埋單😅.自選米線兩餸: 腐皮、豆卜 $43蕃茄湯 +$2共$45.👇腐皮，都幾多.👇豆卜，唔係平時”空心”嗰啲，呢個實在啲大舊啲，我比較鍾意呢種，亦無咁油膩。.總體嚟講，真係好似唔夠人手，我見啲侍應都不停手，廚房好似得兩個人，唔知係咪煮唔切，總之趕時間就唔太建議。味道可以。
