To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今年既農曆新年,因為有公司同事既仔女.趁今次既長假期嚟香港既迪士尼觀光一下.由於係長假期,我地九點半已經到目的地.都唔係太多遊客.我地第一步.先食個早餐.從樂園資訊中心行過嚟都唔駛5分鐘.十點幾...只有兩.三枱.望一望周圍又幾切合樂園既風格WOO.坐低飲杯茶先再望一望MENU.再睇一下出面原來都有點心車先叫D大路點心..山竹牛肉.鳳爪.鮮竹卷.粉果.3.5分:可能時間尚早.大路出品新鮮熱辣唔錯.叫左4款MENU既特別介紹九唔搭八春卷4.5分:剛炸起既幼春卷配青瓜.西芹.紅蘿蔔條, 感覺無咁熱氣,再加上小小既日式芥辣醬. 幾得呀!!!鮑魚荷葉飯5分:又一驚喜.濃濃既鮑魚汁,拌入飯之中. 好味.海鮮炒麵4分:呢個反而一般左D.帶子炒得太過火.後尾再加桂花糕同奶皇包3分:同出面酒樓差唔多.WAITRESS經常在適當既時候加水,收碟.值得一讚....不過.由於係長假期,小弟既全年通行証優惠暫停.OK.向反斗奇兵大本營出發!
