To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天和姨媽姨丈到荃灣西海之戀商場的「彩薈軒」飲茶。酒樓在商場2樓，地鐵出口直達，避免日曬雨淋，非常方便。酒樓其門如市，幾乎滿座，幸好剛有位，不用等候。雖然內部裝修不算華麗，但光潔明亮，一列海景大窗，眺望藍巴勒海峽，更可遙望中環。座位也寬敞舒適，沒有局促感。餐牌介紹優惠點心：$1蝦餃皇（4隻）及可愛的$38棉棉兔點心，當然要嘗嘗啦！再加上幾個其他點心，用QR CODE下單，方便清晰，不怕漏單。“彩福蝦餃皇”，一籠四隻，皮薄餡多，蝦肉爽口鮮甜，認真超值。“棉棉兔蘿蔔酥”，棉棉兔造型趣緻可愛，擺置用心，棉花糖造的兔仔、鵪鶉蛋、蘿蔔酥，還有麵條做的青草地。兔仔綿軟可口，加上椰絲，甜絲絲的感覺。蘿蔔酥酥脆香口，鹹鹹的味道，與棉花糖相映成趣。“鮮蝦菜苗餃”，煙靭的外皮，包裹著鮮蝦與菜苗，蝦肉和菜苗配搭出奇地好，口感奇佳。還有其他的點心如：“叉燒包”、“香茜牛肉腸”、“安蝦咸水角”、“鹵水鵝掌翼”等，都做得不錯，但沒有太多的驚喜。
