深水埗人氣越南菜第一郡,在油麻地開分店,我哋當然唔可以錯過。越南香芧雞翼:雞中翼煎到金黃色,肉質嫩滑多汁。米紙蝦卷:米紙包住原隻大蝦、紅蘿蔔絲、生菜絲、檬粉,配上自家製醬汁,充滿越式風味。蟹膏番茄湯檬:蟹餅用左蟹膏、蟹肉和蛋製作而成,每一口都食到蟹既鮮香味道,配上酸酸甜甜既番茄湯底,足料大碗,果然係必點招牌。順化牛腱米線:湯底以牛骨、香茅、九層塔等熬製,入口鮮甜牛骨味道即時衝擊味蕾,配料更讓我心花怒放,牛腱、牛腩、牛筋、扎肉、大豆芽、芫茜,加上滑溜的米線,豐富極了。烤豬肉撈檬:豬肉烤得惹味,撈埋酸酸甜甜既魚露汁、蘿蔔絲、花生碎、蔥花,十分開胃。班蘭糕:班蘭既椰香味充滿成個口腔,味道非常煙韌,驚喜滿滿。龍眼冰:加左好多龍眼、桃膠,香甜好飲。椰皇:清涼多汁。呢間越南餐廳食物非常有水準,份量十足,出菜快,員工服務慇勤,性價比高。
