To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上星期家人約埋係喜滿樓聚餐，更係立刻報名啦。星期四放工過去，已經坐無虛席。食物質素算高，黑松露蝦多士每件$38，送上枱時蝦肉嘅香味已經快過碟餸。熱辣辣蝦肉好彈牙好好味。古法焗魚腸唔會腥，用上果皮薑絲減低腥味。脆鱔好大條鱔的嘅肉先有咁厚肉。仲有叫咗錦鹵雲吞、五柳筍殼魚、爵士燉湯同芝麻雞。爵士燉湯有一貫水準，材料十足，每人飲咗差唔多 3 碗。錦鹵雲吞好脆，連食好少嘢嘅侄女都鍾意食。整體嚟講，呢度係少有嘅老香港味道。
