春水堂每次經過都見有人排隊,但比起初開業時的超誇張情況,就已經快好多,我排咗大約15分鐘,尚算可以。我揀咗招牌紅燒,牛肉麵,牛肉是用半筋半肉,肉質香嫩,麵條爽滑配上湯底香濃,簡直絕配。XO醬伴辣麵,醬香味濃郁拌出麵的層次感。魯肉飯,好食不膩。台式芋米糕,外脆內軟,味道唔錯。黃金香酥雞,鮮嫩多汁,最愛的小吃。鐵觀音凍飲,香氣高長,口味醇厚。
