銅鑼灣申子食過幾次,反而旺角分店就未食過,今日就一於去try try~.極上鹽燒牛活芯 $128每件牛舌芯都好厚,而且燒得焦脆,内裏軟熟帶有嚼勁,油脂感豐富,我覺得簡單用鹽調味夠好食,碟上有蔥花、鹽、檸檬🍋等等,可以自己配搭唔同嘅味道.鮮蟹肉粥 $168蟹粥用木桶作容器,好有日本特色。蟹肉粥口感綿軟,仲有好多蟹肉絲同蟹籽,每啖都食到蟹嘅鮮甜味.汁燒活白鱔 $88之前食銅鑼灣分店食過燒白鱔好好食!呢到同樣出色,皮脆肉爽!外皮燒得香脆,白鱔厚身,魚油豊富~ .洋風雞肉卷 $148雞肉卷入面有牛蒡同紅蘿蔔增加口感,而且雞肉嫩滑,呢個配搭好特別,我都係第一次食牛蒡 .廣島蠔鍋 $158鐘意食蠔一定唔可以錯過呢個鍋~蠔鍋有6隻廣島蠔,全部都好大隻好肥美!蠔夠鮮甜,個湯底吸收哂蠔嘅鮮味,可以連湯飲哂(´▽`).
