To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下午5點前到達這間麵店，有大約10個人喺度排緊隊。嗰陣時諗會唔會食唔到呢(店舖6點鐘關門啊)，好彩等咗10幾分鐘後就有得坐低。餐牌有炒麵或飯揀，不過我哋始終對上海湯麵興趣大啲😝兩隻餓鬼喺嗰日叫咗好多嘢食👇🏻▫️菜膽排骨雲吞麵 (HKD45)▫️牛腩排骨雲吞麵 (HKD50)▫️酥炸雲吞 (HKD17)▫️炸鯪魚肉腐皮卷 (HKD20)上菜速度快，排骨跟麵分開上，唔怕啲湯將炸排骨浸到腍晒。碗麵送上枱時仲熱辣辣㗎 (唔係講笑，我食完碗麵嘅時候啲湯仲冒緊煙)。好多人話排骨係必食嘅，我覺得都講得啱。一大件排骨切開一塊塊，外面炸到好酥脆，肉質好腍。雲吞大大粒，一隻湯匙羹勉強載得住。$45一碗麵仲要咁多料，味道唔差食得過呀。我哋對兩碟炸物都好滿意。酥炸雲吞咬開時彈到啲脆脆周圍都係😂鯪魚肉夠彈牙，同其他食物一樣即叫即整。呢間價廉物美，用心去做嘅小店值得大家去支持。
