早排幫襯過中環嗰間「Café Crêpe」,對店裡嘅可麗餅,念念不忘。今日有事要嚟尖沙咀辦,路經 K11 Art Mall,醒起呢度都有分店,趁空檔即刻過嚟回味下。餐廳係加拿大過江龍,主打法式可麗餅,crêpe 嘅款式非常豐富,無論鹹味定甜味都有好多選擇💓今次揀咗一鹹一甜〜Crêpe St. Jacques 秘製瑞士芝士汁配黑松露帶子 ($125)  可麗餅賣相很吸引,面頭以黑松露醬作裝飾,送上時還傳出陣陣蛋香。餅皮柔軟帶嚼勁,一切開勁多帶子湧出,醬汁好濃芝士味,但入口又唔會過膩,夾埋啲蘑菇一齊食,啖啖滋味。至於另一客 Tiramisu Crêpe 提拉米蘇可麗餅 ($118)  造型同樣有心思,以傳統法國可麗餅配意大利標誌甜品,餅皮薄身煙韌,蛋味香濃。內裡夾滿了 mascarpone cheese 同意大利手指餅,入口散發著濃郁咖啡及甜酒香,配上面頭絲滑雪糕同 macaron,味道甜滋滋,十分討好。飲品點咗杯 Nutella Latte 榛子鮮奶咖啡 ($46),咖啡香醇綿滑,入口帶陣陣榛子甜香。另外呢杯 Creamsicle 橙冰香草 ($48)  亦很有驚喜,冰涼解渴,Chill
