是咁的，放假無聊入屯門踩踩點，係屯門市廣場睇完戲，路過依間泰國餐廳「Bamboo Thai」見到有火山排骨食，於是就決定試試呢間嘅泰國菜。餐廳裝修色調溫暖明亮，沿用咗好多竹嘅元素，例如竹製嘅燈飾同竹製嘅藤椅，甚有異國風情。餐廳環境舒適，乾淨企理！甚少見香港嘅泰國餐廳有做火山排骨呢味菜，呢間嘅火山排骨份量好多，肉占嘅比例都好重，同埋d肉煮得好腍，可以享受到大啖大啖食肉嘅樂趣！調味方面個人覺得有少少略鹹同略酸，不過夠哂開胃就真！配料方面都落幾多芫茜碎，啱哂鐘意重口味嘅食肉獸或者芫茜控！泰式大蝦炒金邊粉炒得好惹味，帶有少少甜鮮味，比較偏香港人嘅口味，個人幾鐘意！冬蔭公香料味好重，偏鹹咗少少。椰青價錢偏貴，不過清甜可口，好好飲！🧡火山排骨【小】（$118）🧡泰式大蝦炒金邊粉（$112）🧡冬蔭公（$68）🧡新鮮椰青（$68）
