To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中午時間來到西環，用膳時間，見到這間街坊小店有很多街坊和大學生幫襯，我又排！一排，竟然排了十多分鐘。午市套餐價錢經濟，點了人氣No. 1 的菜膽排骨麵，$49。雲吞有三隻，大大隻，十分足料，菜同肉的比例恰當，味道啱啱好。排骨（即係炸豬扒）是這間小店的出名菜式，果然有驚喜，即叫即炸好香脆。價錢相宜，味道好又無加味精，份量又大，下次來西環一定會再來。
