To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

未夠6點就過到去，岩岩開始完全無人排隊。終於可以試下，點左忌廉雞肉配和牛漢堡扒。餐廳上寫要等15分鐘，可能因為得幾枱客，唔洗5分鐘就有上菜。個飯超多汁，好岩鍾意撈汁食飯嘅朋友呀。先試左個蛋，有幾香嘅牛油味，蛋味一般。個忌廉雞肉幾滑，同好重洋蔥味，好似白汁雞皇飯個味😂但無咁咸同重味精。再食和牛漢堡扒，無咩牛味，不過勝在夠淋同juicy但和牛漢堡扒個汁太濃味，搶哂個漢堡扒味，有啲可惜🙈整體來講都OK!100蚊左右，我會試下自己係屋企還原呢個飯。😆
