今次嚟到好多人大讚嘅西班牙菜BÀRBAR ,佢同PICA PICA 係姐妹店。PICA PICA仲未試過,今次試左BARBAR先。入到餐廳,氣氛好舒服。雖然唔係好大間,但裝修有高級感。Waiter都好親切。🥔Iberico ham croquette $18/pc😍伊比利亞黑毛豬炸丸子,好鐘意食,出邊好香脆入邊啲薯仔蓉有一粒粒薯仔,有咬口。🥔Bacalao croquette $23/ pc鹽漬鱈魚炸丸子,咸咸地,相比起我就比較喜歡火腿果款。🐙Galician octopus on potato “al caliu”$138😍八爪魚大大粒,好彈牙,下邊嘅薯仔蓉係焗過,又保持住有大大粒嘅焗薯,可以大大啖放入口,超好食。🥘Piegeon rice $230(add foie gras+$75) 😍乳鴿海鮮燴飯加鵝肝,西班牙海鮮燴飯食得多,但加乳鴿同鵝肝真係第一次。乳鴿嘅肉質非常嫩滑,燴飯嘅味道調得好惹味。配上鵝肝嘅香,食到停唔到口。🥩Charred deboned beef rib, roasted (pumpkin purée, mojo rojo, mojo verde) $288牛扒

牛扒燒得好香,肉質好嫩。配上三色醬,各有特色,每一種都令人食過返尋味。我自己就最鐘意紅醬,mojo rojo, 入邊有蕃茄同紅辣椒夠哂惹味。

巴斯克芝士蛋糕,口感好軟滑,隔離仲有raspberry sorbet中和返cheesecake嘅膩。

值得一提係餐廳會為生日嘅人客影即影即有留念。相當貼心。

總結,食物嘅質素好高。最特別係佢嘅乳鴿海鮮燴飯,一試難忘。絕對係可以回頭嘅餐廳。有機會一定會試埋PICA PICA。到時再同大家分享食評。
