To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我哋一行10人去喜滿樓聚下舊，雖然話隱世，但其實識路就好易去到，土瓜灣站C出口高山道直行，好快就到，好彩我哋有訂位就唔駛等。芝麻雞外皮夠脆唔油膩，肉質嫩滑唔膩口。招牌欖角骨絕對值得一讚，一字骨肥瘦適宜，一食就知用靚骨。黑椒茄子牛柳，蒜頭配料太多，牛柳都算嫩滑。椒鹽鮮魷係我呢餐最鍾意嘅，外脆內軟，新鮮味濃脆得唔油。值得一提係蝦多士，蝦滑鮮甜仲夾有原隻蝦，多士夠脆口，甚有口感。呢度少鹽少油少味精，碟碟鑊氣十足。
