今日同朋友去咗金潮小廚食晚飯。雖然我哋一早已經book咗,不過到達嗰陣仲要等多25分鐘先有位,本身等到有啲唔開心同燥燥地,明明book左仲要等咁耐。不過,當食完之後就下晒火,覺得好彩有等埋佢,但下次真係要早啲去排位啦。今次叫左10樣野,包括:1. 蟶子皇:蟶子肉質飽滿彈牙,新鮮由紐西蘭空運直送,好大條!老闆大力推薦~2. 魚湯浸小白菜:湯底非常鮮甜,小白菜夠嫩,夠淋。3. 豉油王炒墨魚咀:墨魚咀煮得外脆內軟,豉油王嘅味道非常突出。4. 紅燒豆腐:豆腐口感滑溜,紅燒汁香濃,好搭配飯一齊食。5. 珍菌炒齋菜:呢樣唔係重點,純粹想食多少少菜。6. 粟米斑塊:斑塊外面炸得好乾身,但入面係濕潤,唔會係淋滋滋。7. 甜酸黑豚肉:黑豚肉質好易咬,甜酸醬汁好似咕嚕肉咁,味道似係靚料版咕嚕肉。8. 麻辣雞煲:麻辣味道好香辣,唔會辣到食唔到,雞肉肉質鮮嫩,食完覺得個胃暖暖地。9. 黃金蝦:蝦子肉質緊緻彈牙,黃金蛋黃醬搽得均勻,每次必點。10. 椒鹽鮮魷:魷魚炸得外酥內嫩,再點埋椒鹽,好惹味。基本上冇一道菜係覺得伏味濃,除左等位方面,基本上都很好👍🏻 10樣嘢,最後埋單total挨近$2000,係幾抵食嘅!
