To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

荃灣區內一間挺有名氣的餐廳,我八時到達門口,但還有一堆人在排隊,真的挺意外!安格斯牛肉鍋(88元)(轉讚岐烏冬+8元)送到來感覺比想像中要豐富,安格斯肥牛一共有三大片,油花不錯,吃起來牛味挺濃,肉質柔軟。而鍋內有大量的蔬菜,如娃娃菜,椰菜,還有豆腐,芋絲,魚腐,再配上味噌湯,食材都吸飽了湯汁,吃起來特別香!這個配了一個特別的沾醬,吃起來酸甜鹹香,跟牛肉挺搭的特別加錢轉的讚岐烏冬,是豬骨湯底的,吃起來爽滑彈牙!
