To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

☞ 好鍾意食有餡嘅麵包🥯🍞之前有買過佐敦分店嘅Bagel，原來荃灣都有分店！忍唔住買咗兩個嚟試😆🍴芝麻Mochi（$14）❖ 呢個係佢哋最新出嘅包🤩黑芝麻包入面係拉晒絲嘅麻糬～～～芝麻味唔係好重，不過食落唔會好漏，輕鬆啪晒成個🍞🤣🍴海苔肉鬆Bagel（$22）❖ 自己鍾意食有餡嘅Bagel🥯見到係海苔配肉鬆應該無得輸就買咗嚟試😗店家聲稱係選用日本海苔，味道唔算好出，而個餡就鋪滿肉鬆，頗有咸香😋不過個bagel就比較乾身，唔係好夠回彈，不過蒸完都尚算可以🐒
