To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自從呢間元氣整左高速線, 凡星期五六日都好多人, 見今晚平日唔多人, 又試下玩先.平板電腦點食物, 方便又唔會漏, 而且分好類別, 好容易搵.不過稍差既係一次祗可以點7項, 比較少, 好快要送左單再點.點左一堆等左一陣, 面前既火車已經將食物送到面前, 好快. 途中無其他人掂到, 感覺夠衛生.一次最多係放4碟, 自己拎左落黎, 按個掣火車就會返番去廚房果邊.玉子壽司, 腐皮壽司呢D都夠新鮮, 無放到乾晒.三文魚魚脂都幾豐富, 口感軟滑, 幾新鮮.芝士蟹棒, 蟹棒夠軟腍, 面果D芝士味好濃.蟹子沙律壽司, 蟹子比較少, 沙律就多D, 食落好爽口清新.
