To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢個我覺得唔算好特別,味道比較淡~
同埋好多鱗要翻開,因為連鱗煮舊肉先唔會散~
不過也不錯啦~

🥢北海道鮮帶子:作為第一件壽司真係冇得輸,加左少許岩鹽同柚子皮帶出帶子鮮味同爽口🥹
🥢秋刀魚壽司:熟嘅食得多,生嘅真係未食過😙想試好耐‼️生嘅秋刀魚係季節限定,魚肉非常肥美,魚油香極重,係好特別嘅味道,完全冇令我失望!係今餐我最愛壽司top3😍💕
🥢北海道銀鱈魚:火炙過嘅銀鱈魚逼哂啲魚油出嚟,質感滑身,油脂豐腴😋

🥢赤身:魚肉厚身,師傅加入左秘製醬油同芝麻令魚身更滑
🥢大拖羅:大拖羅當然係冇得輸嘅🤣魚脂香濃,加入香蔥一啖放入口真係入口即溶😍少少筋都冇😙都係我最愛top3💕
🥢腦天:係吞拿魚頭頂嘅位置,一條魚可能得1-2kg呢舊肉,所以非常珍貴‼️口感好鬆軟,輕燒表面令到油份滲出,不過食完大拖我覺得大拖好食啲濃味啲😋
🥢右口魚:左口魚聽得多,右口魚都係第一次食😂師傅燒到著哂火咁,咩油脂都逼哂出嚟😆用紫菜包住成塊紫菜都係油,超大件超多油勁誇張😛都係我top3之選💕

食材高級又新鮮🥰食到哂魚嘅鮮味,就算好多魚油都冇咩肥膩感😚

終於嚟到成餐飯嘅重點,雲丹盛‼️即係海膽三文魚子丼🤗其實嚟到呢度已經幾飽,所以師傅都會問你使唔使少飯,我呢個份量係少左飯~
見住師傅大pat大pat海膽放上個飯真係心跳加速💓應該係馬糞海膽?三文魚子醃漬過有少少酒香味,加埋金箔點綴,真係每一啖都都比海膽同三文魚子包住嘅極致享受🥰🥰🥰幸福死了😙

布甸好濃茶味,有啲茶粉仲沉左底。本身布甸冇咩甜味啱哂香港人,加埋紅豆花奶就啱啱好啦💕食完真係捧住個肚走🤰🏻


呢一餐真係無可挑剔‼️作為我人生第一餐omakase感到十分滿意😛
同時都聽到好多區外嘅人係特登嚟食,相信都真係口碑好好😋
如果想比驚喜另一半/屋企人,帶佢嚟食呢餐我保證佢絕對滿意😆😆
師傅開始之前都會問定大家有咩係唔食,食材都會根據季節調整,而家去食已經同我而家不盡相同啦~
