To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 人生未飲過比糖水仲甜既水果茶

天仁茗茶都飲左咁多年， 都未些過有一間係唔好飲我同朋友叫左兩杯高纖水果茶， 一杯無糖一杯微糖。我平時都好少叫少甜， 見朋友咁健康我又想健康下。一飲第一啖， 哇！兩杯甜到好似飲緊糖水。要形容既話個味係全糖既兩倍甜！ 仲甜過係係台灣飲個啲手搖珍珠奶茶。咁我地落番去鋪頭換啦，店員話因為呢個飲品要落蜜糖。 但真係似係直接似糖水咁。咁佢都好好咁肯再沖過比我地既但我只能話第二杯唔係第一杯咁甜， 但都飲落似全糖既x1.1 囉。呢間天仁茗茶大家真係唔好再浪費金錢了（甜到要上黎寫第一篇既食評）
