To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

十月初,期待已久嘅秋風終於起,心思思想打邊爐。初見青BB嘅香草吉列牛我見個個都食,但當日唔想食咁多肉就無試了,叫咗個一人鍋。呢度連晚市都無加一的,每個人$100有找,抵食༺¸♬•*。;季節海鮮鍋 配白飯 $88龍蝦湯鮮甜但味道較淡,加埋海鮮煮多陣就啱啱好啦。鍋入面嘅配料本身已經非常豐富,有菇類、豆腐、芋絲、獅子狗、娃娃菜、魚肉等,吸哂成鍋海鮮湯嘅精華。海鮮配料有三文魚塊、海蝦、青口、蜆、魷魚等,全部爽口新鮮,完全無雪味,一路加湯落飯到當湯飯食,滿足。;照燒豬軟骨豚骨湯拉麵$68幼身嘅拉麵份量適中,但偏軟身;豬軟骨不俗,醃得入味軟腍,湯底嘅粟米超甜!;升級套餐加 $35刺身絕對有驚喜,三文魚同吞拿魚極厚切,色澤靚仔,肥美鮮甜。南瓜湯濃郁,creamy 又香甜。
