To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次行過荃灣福來邨後街,見到此日系食店,樓底很高很有空間感!所以吸引了我和朋友光顧!裝潢設計很有日本特色!用了木系原材料和樹葉作背景,的確令客人聯想到大自然,身心都很舒服!一打開餐牌,就見到這幾句詩。我們點了兩個餐,一個 照燒汁豬軟骨自家製豚骨湯拉麵和 大蝦什錦海鮮配龍蝦湯什菜鍋另外配上:刺身小碟沙律麵鼓湯蕃茄湯。蕃茄湯實在令人胃口大開,至於刺身小碟,沙律和麵鼓湯味道不錯!主菜方面,自家製豚骨湯拉麵都可以接受,不過不太特別,如果比較同區餐廳的價錢,還是可取的,因為豬軟骨數量不少呢!而大蝦什錦海鮮配龍蝦湯什菜鍋,光是賣相實在太有風味了吧!它的湯底適合香港人口味,而且海鮮款式很多!值得一試!對我來說,在新界區這個地方是很難有間高水準的和食,普遍水準都比較低。所以,這次我幾喜歡到這裏用膳,細節位做得不錯!大家可以試試看!

我們點了兩個餐,

和 大蝦什錦海鮮配龍蝦湯什菜鍋
另外配上:
刺身小碟
沙律
麵鼓湯
蕃茄湯。

蕃茄湯實在令人胃口大開,至於刺身小碟,沙律和麵鼓湯味道不錯!
主菜方面,自家製豚骨湯拉麵都可以接受,不過不太特別,如果比較同區餐廳的價錢,還是可取的,因為豬軟骨數量不少呢!
而大蝦什錦海鮮配龍蝦湯什菜鍋,光是賣相實在太有風味了吧!
它的湯底適合香港人口味,而且海鮮款式很多!值得一試!
