最近樓下開左間新餐廳,個個街坊食完個燒鵝都讚不絕口,不論午市晚市都坐無虛席,今晚一於帶埋屋企人一試究竟。到達時已見人龍,我地等了10分鐘左右入座,店內有大魚缸游水海鮮,玻璃櫥窗排列整齊嘅乳豬燒鵝,待應已招呼不暇,但服務態度都好親切有禮。我地總共落了四個菜,其中燒鵝和蒜蓉開邊蒸蝦差不多是每枱客人必點的。燒鵝4個人食叫半隻都覺得好大份,鵝皮入口夠脆,鵝肉肥瘦剛好,大大舊肉厚有肉汁,當然唔少得點埋酸梅醬一齊最好味啦蒜蓉開邊蝦大大碟份量十足,蝦肉新鮮爽口,再配上啖啖蒜蓉粒同豉油汁,簡直係這道菜嘅最佳食法,唔好唔記得食埋粉絲,蒸至軟身唔會太硬,撈蒜蓉豉油索汁食最正豉椒炒蜆 蜆肉大大隻無沙夠新鮮 汁煮得剛好食埋配菜青椒不會太鹹啫啫通菜煲 用燒熱嘅瓦煲盛載,熱辣辣夠晒鑊氣惹味,肉碎留來撈飯食一流這裡上菜速度快,服務態度良好,還有有乳豬、燒味、海鮮、避風塘都好吸引,一次過都試不完,難怪不乏捧場客呢。
