最鍾意就喺啲蟹菜式唔使自己拆肉,就可以大大啖蟹肉入口,所以,呢度煮物甚得小弟歡心。面頭嘅松葉蟹肉好鮮味,而中間有一件嫩滑嘅炸豆腐,最底下就喺汁煮蘿蔔,咬落極之清甜,入口更喺無渣,記得飲埋底下嘅本菇清湯。

卒之輪到鐵板燒菜式登場,先喺呢個燒帆立貝,睇住師傅喺鐵板上煎呢一隻珍寶級厚肉帆立貝已經萬分期待,帆立貝兩面煎至黃金放上有松茸清湯嘅貝殼上,非常吸引。肉質果然爽口嫩滑,味道鮮甜,松茸清湯菌香而清甜,配搭出色。

唔介意可以加$200轉為A4和牛厚燒,但小弟覺得呢個美國牛肉眼已經好好食。牛肉煎至焦脆,咬落喺有微微焦脆感,而軟腍富肉香,裡面捲住好多蔥粒同炸蒜,食起嚟味道變得更多元化。再伴有鮮甜多汁嘅意大利蕃茄,食得出每樣食材都喺上乘之材。

麵豉湯

睇住師傅做最後一道鐵板燒嘅菜式「炒飯」之時,侍應先捧上一客麵豉湯,雖然只喺簡單一道麵豉湯,但都有高低之分。呢碗湯嘅麵豉味濃而不濁,唔會有過鹹嘅問題,裡面又有唔少油豆腐同昆布,非常好飲。

雖然喺鐵板燒,但喺個炒飯一樣食到有「鑊氣十足」嘅感覺,加上啲飯炒得粒分明,爽口不油膩,配埋鹹香油潤嘅西班牙火腿,成為升級版嘅炒飯,三扒兩撥就幫佢清晒成碗,而且,食完更唔會碗底起油。

接近尾聲就梗喺輪到甜品時間,今晚所試到嘅甜品喺紅豆抹茶奶凍,大大粒嘅紅豆既清甜,又軟腍,而裡面仲混入咗少少營養十足嘅桃膠,下層

整晚嘅用餐體驗的確非常之好,由招呼入座、到上菜、講解菜式,都做到非常到位,侍應都好有禮貌,加上每度菜都有心思,用料上乘,食得出師傅手藝,尤其坐喺堂前席,可欣賞埋師傅做菜,何其賞心樂事
